Item 5.03.Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On September 17, 2014, the Company filed articles of amendment with the Florida Division of Corporations to change its name from Innovate Building Systems, Inc. to Xterra Building Systems, Inc. The name change and new symbol of “XTRR” were deemed effective by FINRA as of September 30, 2014.
