(1) | On July 11, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend payment to its shareholders equal to $0.000002 from the Company’s bitcoin mining. The record date is August 31, 2023, with an expected payment date of September 30, 2023. The dividend payment is subject to the Company’s corporation action being processed by FINRA. |
