Effective August 24, 2015, Sandeep Bhandari will join the LendingClub Corporation as its Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Bhandari was previously the Assistant Chief Credit Officer at Capital One Bank and Venture Partner at Capital One Ventures.
Chaomei Chen will be retiring from her role as Chief Risk Officer effective as of December 31, 2015.
