On September 15, 2011, Mr. George M. Buckingham (“Mr. Buckingham”) resigned from all positions with Pacific Blue Energy Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), including but not limited to, that of Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
