Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 10, 2010 China Armco Metals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the impact on its operations of Jiangsu Province power restrictions. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
