The operating loss for the year ended May 31, 2024, is expected to be approximately $483,000, compared with $983,371 for the year ended May 31, 2023. Revenues and gross profit for the year ended May 31, 2024, are expected to be approximately $249,000 and $203,000, respectively, while revenues and gross profit for the year ended May 31, 2023, were $316,825 and $223,375, respectively. Total operating expenses for the year ended May 31, 2024, are expected to be approximately $686,000, compared with $1,296,746 for the year ended May 31, 2023. Anticipated operating expenses were affected principally by decreases in contract labor of approximately $454,000 and $55,000 in general and administrative and professional fees.
The amounts set forth in the previous paragraph in relation to the year ended May 31, 2024, are estimates based on the information available to management at this time and are subject to change as the preparation of the Company’s financial statements proceeds.
