Estimated Value Per Share
KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (the “Company”) currently expects to announce an estimated value of its shares of common stock in December 2011. Once the Company establishes an estimated value per share of its common stock, the redemption price per share under the Company's share redemption program for all stockholders and the purchase price of shares under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan will change according to the plan documents.
