ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On September 10, 2019, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to make no recommendation, take no position and remain neutral regarding whether the Company’s stockholders should accept or reject the mini-tender offer made by Comrit Investments 1, Limited Partnership for up to 2,770,083 shares of the Company’s common stock, which is approximately 1.49% of the Company’s outstanding shares.
