Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 23, 2021, The Container Store Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K (the “Original Filing”) to report the resignation of Timothy Flynn from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and the Culture and Compensation Committee of the Board, as well as the election of Lisa Klinger to the Board and her appointment to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board. The Original Filing incorrectly stated that the effective date of the foregoing changes in Board and committee composition was March 29, 2021. This Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to report the correct effective date of such changes, which is March 29, 2022.
