Item 8.01 Other Events.
In connection with the previously announced offering of up 15,525,000 shares of Common Stock of Oncothyreon Inc. (the “Company”), at a price to the public of $1.50 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions, on February 18, 2015, the Company closed a partial exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase 1,199,660 additional shares of the Company’s Common Stock, at a price to the public of $1.50 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions, which resulted in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.7 million.
