On December 20, 2015, the board of directors of Oncothyreon Inc. (the “Company”) approved a waiver of the deadline under the Company’s bylaws for stockholders to nominate directors for election to the board at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. Any director nominations received by the Company no later than the close of business on January 11, 2016 and otherwise complying with the Company’s bylaws may be submitted to stockholders at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders.
