SIMPLICITY BANCORP, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Covina, California – January 29, 2015 – Simplicity Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMPL) announced today that on January 28, 2015 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 20, 2015 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2015.
