On April 7, 2016, Laura Lang announced her decision to retire from the Board of Directors of Care.com, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 13, 2016, the date of the Company's 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Lang's decision to retire was not related to a disagreement with the Company over any of its operations, policies or practices.
