On June 11, 2020, Philip Morris International Inc. (the Company) announced that Marc S. Firestone, President External Affairs and General Counsel of Philip Morris International Inc. (the Company), decided to retire and that Suzanne Rich Folsom is appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, effective July 1, 2020. Mr. Firestone will continue to lead the Company’s External Affairs Department until his successor is appointed.
