Item 8.01 Other Events
Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. (“Company”) announced on May 15, 2009 that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2009. The press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
