On July 8, 2021, Cannabis Global, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary increased revenues expected to be reported for its quarter ended May 31, 2021. The content in the press release was reviewed prior to publication by the Registrant’s independent auditor. A copy of the press release is provided as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
