Item 8.01 Other Events.
Commencing on February 14, 2008, holders of our units may elect to separately trade the common stock and warrants included in the units. Each unit is comprised of one share of our common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $7.00 per share. The common stock and warrants will be listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbols AXG and AXG.WS, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol AXG.U.
On February 14, 2008, we issued a press release announcing the separation of the units as described above, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
