Item 4.02. Non-reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review
On April 16, 2013, the Company filed a Form 8-K with the Commission therein disclosing the Board of Directors of the Company had concluded that the previously issued financial statements of the Company for the former fiscal years ended March 31, 2011 and 2012 should no longer be relied upon. The Form 8-K also set forth a table of anticipated filing dates for several of the Company’s amended and restated quarterly and annual reports, including the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 with an anticipated filing date of July 15, 2013. The Company is filing this Amendment to the Form 8-K to revise such anticipated filing date for the amended and restated 2011 Form 10-K to August 31, 2013.
