Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 17, 2013, Press-Enterprise Company and AHC California Properties, LLC, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of A. H. Belo Corporation, completed the sale of a five-story office building and certain related assets in Riverside, California, to the County of Riverside for $30 million. See Current Report on Form 8-K previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2013, disclosing the details of the sale.
