1. The option vested and became exercisable in five equal annual installments beginning on August 24, 2008, as follows: 20% of the shares subject to the option vested on each of August 24, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

2. The option vested and became exercisable in five equal annual installments beginning on June 18, 2009, as follows: 20% of the shares subject to the option vested on each of June 18, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

3. The restricted stock vests and becomes freely transferrable on April 1, 2018.

4. The restricted stock vests and becomes freely transferrable on April 1, 2019.
