On October 26, 2010, Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (“Navios”) issued a press release announcing its cash distribution of $0.42 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. The cash distribution will be payable on November 12, 2010 to unit holders of record as of November 10, 2010.
