Financial Results

Appointment of Mr. Kunihide Akizawa to the Board of Directors
On August 3, 2018, Navios Partners issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Kunihide Akizawa to its board of directors. Navios Partners also announced that Robert Pierot, a director of Navios Partners’ since October 2007, has resigned from the board of directors.
