On September 10, 2015, CannaSys, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.01, announcing that it has entered into a letter of intent with Green Tree International, Inc., the parent company of Amercanex, the American Cannabis Exchange, and the American Hemp Exchange for the sale of CannaSys, Inc.’s CannaTrade and ExchangeHemp trading platform for cash and seats on the Amercanex Exchange.
