On May 14, 2015, CannaSys, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.01, announcing that it has entered into a Joint Marketing and Alliance Agreement with CannLabs, Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary Carbon Bond Holdings, Inc. to jointly market CannaSys’ CannaCash BumpUp loyalty marketing programs and CannLabs’ StrainData’s platform which offers cannabis testing technologies and methodologies to companies in the cannabis industry.
