ITEM 5.03—AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On December 7, 2017, CannaSys, Inc., filed a second amendment to its articles of incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State to increase its authorized capital to 12,005,000,000 shares, consisting of: 12,000,000,000 shares of common stock and 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock.
