On May 7, 2012, Hillenbrand, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its earnings for the second quarter ended March 31, 2012.  This announcement is more fully described in the press release filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.  The Company will sponsor a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 8 a.m. ET Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
