Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has received a 5-year service agreement to provide electronic funds processing for SOGO Department Stores in Hong Kong, China. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
