On June 16, 2017, So Hin Lung provided Liniu Technology Group (the “Company”) with notice of his resignation from the board of directors, effective immediately, due to other business commitments. The resignation of So Hin Lung was not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
