Explanation of Responses:

1. Contribution of shares to Parent (defined below) pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger dated June 28, 2019 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among Issuer, HPJ Parent Limited, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands ("Parent"), and HPJ Merger Sub Corp, a Delaware corporation ("Merger Sub") and wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, Merger Sub was merged with and into Issuer (the "Merger"), with Issuer surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.

2. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, immediately prior to consummation of the Merger, Reporting Person contributed his shares of Issuer's common stock to Parent in exchange for direct or indirect equity interests in Parent.
