On March 31, 2023, Jeffrey Segal MD submitted his resignation as a director of INVO Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”). Dr. Segal’s resignation was not because of any disagreements with the Company on matters relating to its operations, policies and practices. A copy of Dr. Segal’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
