DR PEPPER SNAPPLE GROUP RAISES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND 7.9% FROM $0.38 TO $0.41 PER COMMON SHARE

Plano, TX, Feb. 6, 2014 – Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (NYSE: DPS) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share on the company’s common stock – a 7.9% increase in the dividend rate. The dividend is payable in U.S. dollars on April 4, 2014, to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 17, 2014.
