Amount of securities beneficially owned includes 233.403 shares acquired through participation in The Greenbrier Companies Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 127.974 shares acquired through dividend reinvestment and an adjustment of -.003 shares acquired through participation in The Greenbrier Companies Employee Stock Purchase Plan due to a rounding adjustment. These shares were acquired on various dates and reflect acquisitions through October 15, 2024.
