Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2013, KiOR, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the Company’s August 8, 2013 earnings press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company’s management will discuss these results on a conference call scheduled for today at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
