1. The reporting person surrendered 6,467 shares to Keysight to satisfy tax liability on the release of restricted shares in accordance with Rule 16b-3.

2. The reporting person surrendered 5,179 shares to Keysight to satisfy tax liability on the release of restricted shares in accordance with Rule 16b-3.

3. The sale of the shares was made as part of Mr. Nersesian's personal investment and financial planning needs, including individual asset diversification.

4. Average weighted price is $117.2804, with a range from $116.06 to $118.898.

5. Average weighted price is $118.0475, with a range from $117.375 to $118.58.
