Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
We estimate that our cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities were approximately $89.0 million as of December 31, 2017. This amount is preliminary and is subject to completion of financial closing procedures. As a result, this amount may differ from the amount that will be reflected in our financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2017. Based on our current plans, we estimate that the total cash used in 2018 to fund our operations, capital expenditures and debt amortization will not exceed $50.0 million.
