On May 31, 2016, we issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock, valued at $.0066 per share, for legal services. Warrants On February 20, 2009, the Company granted certain compensatory warrants. The fair value of each compensatory warrant granted is estimated on the date of grant using the Black-Scholes option valuation model that uses the assumptions noted in the following table. Expected volatilities are based on volatilities from the Company's traded common stock since February 20, 2009. As of March 31, 2014 all warrants expired and no warrants were exercised. No warrants were granted by the Company in 2013, 2014 or 2015.
