On April 28, 2020, Atlantic Power Corporation (the “Company”) posted its 2019 Annual Report to the Company’s website,http://www.atlanticpower.com, in the “Investors” section under “Corporate Profile.” The Annual Report includes a letter to shareholders from President and Chief Executive Officer James J. Moore, Jr. In his letter, Mr. Moore discusses the Company’s approach to capital allocation and how the Company has allocated capital in the past five to seven years. The letter also provides an update on the Company’s liquidity as of March 31, 2020 and an estimate of cumulative discretionary cash flow for the 2020 through 2024 period. In addition to the letter, the Annual Report includes a summary of the Company’s 2019 financial and operating results and achievements. A copy of the letter to shareholders is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
