Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 16, 2023, the Company granted Mr. Wei 80,000 shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Company's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, whereby 1/3 of the shares granted shall vest on December 31, 2023, an additional 1/3 of the shares granted shall vest each year thereafter, and all shares shall fully vest on December 31, 2025. 2. On November 16, 2023, the Company granted Mr. Wei 80,000 stock options pursuant to the Company's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, whereby 1/3 of the options granted shall vest on December 31, 2023, an additional 1/3 of the options granted shall vest each year thereafter, and all options shall fully vest on December 31, 2025.
