On March 20, 2013, Vantage Drilling Company (NYSE MKT: VTG) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Offshore Group Investment Limited intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $600 million in aggregate principal amount of its Senior Secured First Lien Notes due 2023.
