On April 25, 2018, the Registrant obtained a final court order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approving its previously announced arrangement with Spinner Can Acquireco Inc., a company sponsored by Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Ullico Inc., and thereafter issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
