On August 13, 2008, the Board of Directors of Briggs & Stratton Corporation (the “Corporation”) elected Todd J. Teske as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation effective September 1, 2008.
Mr. Teske served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from September 2005 through August 2008, and as Senior Vice President and President – Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group, LLC from September 2003 through August 2005. Mr. Teske is 43 years old and retains his position as President of Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group, LLC.
