Effective March 1, 2016, Steve Warnecke resigned as a director of Bone Biologics Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). To the Company’s knowledge, the resignation of Mr. Warnecke was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
