On November 7, 2012, at the SoCal Bio Investor Conference and Exhibition (the “Conference”) held at the Omni Hotel, 251 S Olive Street, Los Angeles, California 90012, Dr. William E. Shell, the Chief Executive Officer, held a presentation to prospective investors attending the Conference. The presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is the form of the slide show similar to that which the Company used in the presentation.
