Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Represents shares received upon vesting of a restricted stock unit award issued by the Issuer in substitution of a Citrix Systems, Inc. RSU award previously received by the Reporting Person, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of July 26, 2016, as amended, by and among the Issuer, Lithium Merger Sub, Inc., Citrix Systems, Inc. and GetGo, Inc.

3. The shares of common stock underlying the restricted stock units reported as disposed herein were retained (but not issued) by the Issuer in satisfaction of tax withholding obligations associated with the vesting of such units.

4. The restricted stock units reported as disposed herein were settled for shares of the Issuer's common stock.
