Attachment A
The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 within the prescribed time period due to the additional time and effort needed to draft the new credit disclosures required by ASU 2010-20. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q with the SEC as soon as practicable, and will make every effort to file the Form 10-Q within the five-day extension period afforded by SEC Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
