ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF

Pursuant to the provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended, the undersigned corporation enacts the following Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation:

| 2. | The following amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was approved by thedirectors on the 6th day of May, 2011, and thereafter duly adopted by the shareholders of the Corporation on the 5th May, 2011. |
Article II. Authorized Shares. Section 1. Number. Article II Section 1 shall be deleted in its entirety and Section 1 under Article II shall be as follows:
Section 1. Number. The aggregate number of shares which the Corporation shall have authority to issue is One Billion (1,000,000,000) Common Shares of one class with unlimited voting rights, all with a par value of $0,001 per share, and One Million (1,000,000) Preferred Shares, all with a par value of $0,001 per share, to have such classes and preferences as the Board of Directors may determine from time to time.
