Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 18, 2020, shares of Company stock (the "Shares") held by the Lester M. Entin Trust ("LME Trust") were distributed for no consideration to the two beneficiaries of the LME Trust. Upon distribution, the Shares were then immediately contributed for no consideration, in equal parts, to each of the family grantor trusts reported here. The reporting person is a 50% co-trustee of each of these family grantor trusts.

2. Adjusted for additional shares acquired through Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
