Item 1.02. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On September 9, 2016, Inspyr Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into revised indemnification agreements with its directors and officers. A copy of the form of indemnification agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.01.
