On May 27, 2020, Intrepid Potash, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a final settlement agreement with Mosaic Potash Carlsbad Inc. (“Mosaic”) in full settlement and release of all claims in connection with the previously disclosed litigation between the parties. Additional information about the settlement terms can be found under Item 1. “Legal Proceedings” in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2020.
