State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 11-K 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Company’s auditor could not complete its review of our company’s financial statements in time to comply with deadline filing requirements of the August 31, 2015 yearly Form 10-K. The Company has limited staffing and extremely limited resources. Accordingly, the Company expects that it will be unable to file its Form 10-K for the Year ended August 31, 2015 within the prescribed period. The delay could not have been avoided without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects it will be able to file, after this report, all future reports in a timely manner.
In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Registrant intends to file the Form 10-K no later than the fifteen calendar following the prescribed due date.
